LITTLE NINJA FITNESS CLASSES

Our ninja classes help to bring three disciplines of movement together in a fun and age-appropriate class structure: Parkour, Ninja, and Calisthenics. Classes will merge these areas of fitness together to help our young students conquer any obstacles in their way as well as develop strength and mastery of their own body. Kids will be able to move up through the classes by levelling up as they obtain and master their skills.

Please note that the registration fee and first month’s tuition (pro-rated as applicable) will be charged at or shortly after the time of registration. If you are added to a waitlist, you will not be charged until a spot becomes available and you have confirmed enrolment at that time.

Little Ninja Movement

Ages 4 – 5 years
Class Length: 45 minutes

Discover the art of movement in our Early Movement Center where students will use parkour and ninja to develop stronger bodies and minds.

2024/2025 Session

Ninja Movement: Age Groups 5-6 yrs., 6-7.5 yrs (60 min.)

Class Length: 60 minutes

Welcome to Ninja Movement! The focus of this class is to develop strength, physical literacy, and confidence through the use of Parkour and Ninja movements/skills as well as to develop community with coaches and other ninjas. We use skills such as safety vaults, strides, tic-tacs and laches to help develop your ninja into a confident and strong navigator of any obstacle in their path. Perfect class for any ninja who is looking to channel their endless energy towards building their skill set, or to develop the confidence to attack any challenge head on!

Class Length: 60 minutes

Now that basics have been established, athletes will continue to to work on ninja, parkour, calisthenics to further their skills to accomplish tougher challenges and higher levels of fitness.
Please note: at this time, even first time athletes can sign up for this class as everyone will be starting from the basics.
